Lombok Island is another beautiful place in Indonesia ^__^
It is located in West Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia and close to Bali Island.
Beside Bali Island, Lombok is not less interesting.
Senggigi Beach is Lombok’s main common area for tourist with the town stretching along couple fantastic bays on the west coast. In here, you can find many of restaurants, bars, clubs or cafes. Senggigi Beach is safe for swimming and there are a lot of interesting activities to do.
Kuta Beach, this one is different with Kuta Beach in Bali. This beach is famous with its white sand, blue water, virgin beach and surfing spots. You can say this beach as a surfers paradise with the high wave.
Instead of Beaches, there is The Gili Islands that also attractive for tourists. It is located in northwest coast of Lombok and divides into three islands called Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan. You can do scuba diving, snorkeling, kayak, and fishing here.
Another Nice place in Lombok is Mount Rinjani National Park. Mount rinjani is an active volcano mountain and second highest peak in Indonesia. This mountain will be a nice adventure to choose for hikers.
For the accommodation, you can afford it depends on your budget. There are motels or hotels from one star to five stars. For the currency, you can earn big amount of rupiah from USA dollar.
Lombok is a nice place to choose for people who like outdoor activities or even for honeymoon and family holiday.
